| I graduated from Arizona State
University in 1975, with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Finance. I then received my Juris Doctor degree
from the University of Arizona in 1978, and was
admitted to the State Bar of California in 1978.
I was also admitted to practice before the U.S.
District Court, for the Southern and Central Districts
of California, in 1982. I am a member of the Estate
Planning, Trust and Probate Sections of the State
Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association.
I honorably served my country in the U.S. Air Force
from 1969 to 1973, and am a Vietnam War Veteran.
My law practice is limited to Estate Planning,
Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Trust Administration,
Asset Protection, and necessary Probate matters.
Irrevocable Trusts include life insurance and/or
charitable lead or remainder trusts. Entity selection
and formation services, as well as business succession
planning services, are also offered to clients.
My focus is on helping clients and their families
avoid probate altogether and to avoid, delay or
minimize estate tax liability. |
